Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items, such as engraved or bespoke jewelry, may take 7–14 business days depending on the design. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

In the event of any delay, our team will contact you directly.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free insured shipping across India. Our logistics partners ensure secure, professional delivery of all orders. Depending on your location, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

For urgent needs, expedited shipping options are available at an additional charge during checkout.

International Shipping

Jupi Diamonds ships internationally to select countries. Charges and timelines for international shipping vary by destination and are calculated during checkout. All international orders are fully insured and shipped via reputable carriers.

Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Jupi Diamonds is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Secure Packaging and Insurance

Each order is carefully packed in our signature Jupi Diamonds gift box to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. All shipments are insured until they are received and signed for, offering you complete peace of mind.

To protect your purchase, external packaging never reveals contents or value.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your item is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Most orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier may attempt a second delivery or leave instructions for rescheduling.

If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the item and packaging for prompt support.

Address Accuracy and Redelivery

Please ensure all shipping information is complete and correct at the time of order. Jupi Diamonds is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details. If a shipment is returned due to an invalid address, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
