Other Situations (Subject to Approval)

How to Return a Wrong Product

- Send this video to support@satvikly.com within 24 hours after delivery.
- After we check the video, you can choose a refund or replacement.
How We Process Your Refund
After we approve your return, we start your refund.
- Refunds take about 7-10 business days.
- We send the refund to the original payment method.
- First, we check the returned product for damage or problems.
- Sometimes, we might ask for your bank statement screenshot for checking.
