All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. We accept secure online payments through certified payment gateways. By completing your order, you authorize us to process the full payment.

4. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this does not guarantee product availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the amount in case of unavailability or pricing error.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India through reliable and insured couriers. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Jupi Diamonds is not liable for any delay caused by external factors such as courier service issues or weather disruptions.

6. Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom pieces, engraved items, and earrings are non-returnable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is incorrect or defective.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Custom-made or engraved products cannot be cancelled once production begins.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logos, text, and product designs—is the property of Jupi Diamonds Store and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
